Managing Agile Projects
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Define agile project management life cycle and understand the agile mindset.
- Explain the important concepts in agile project management and identify the differences between agile and non-agile projects.
- Identify agile planning techniques and implement adaptive planning on the agile projects.
- Identify techniques used to control agile projects to ensure successful implementation.

The course is also designed to provide basic understanding of the practices, tools, and techniques used to effectively manage agile projects.
